Is Candydoku free?
Yes! Candydoku is free to play. There are no in-app purchases; the game is supported by ads.
Can I play without an internet connection?
Yes. You can solve puzzles offline, and your progress is saved on your device. An internet connection is needed to earn rewards by watching ads.
Will ads interrupt my game?
You won’t encounter mandatory full-screen ads while solving a puzzle. The game includes banner ads; you choose whether to watch rewarded ads for extra lives or helpers.
Do I need an account to play?
No. You can start playing right away without registering or signing in.
How do I play Candydoku?
Place exactly one candy in each row, column and colored region. Candies must not touch each other, even diagonally!
What do the white X marks mean?
X marks help you mark cells where you don’t plan to place a candy. Ruling out possibilities makes it easier to find the right spots.
What can I do if I get stuck?
The Candy helper reveals a candy in its correct spot. The Magic helper marks the incorrect cells with Xs in a row that doesn’t have a candy yet.
What happens if I place a candy in the wrong spot?
You have three mistakes per level. If you run out, you can retry the level or watch a rewarded ad to refill your lives and continue.
Is there a time limit?
No. You can think and solve the puzzle at your own pace. Your completion time is recorded for your statistics.
Could I lose my progress?
Your progress is saved on the same device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may delete your saves. Progress is not automatically transferred between devices.
