- Local Game Storage: Your game progress, levels, puzzles completed, high scores, and audio/display settings are saved locally on your device. We do not synchronize or store this game progress on remote personal servers.
3. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)
To keep our games completely free for everyone, we display non-intrusive advertisements served through Google AdMob (a service provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited).
Google AdMob may automatically collect and process certain technical information from your device to deliver, measure, and optimize advertising campaigns, as well as to prevent fraud. This information may include:
- Advertising Identifiers: Anonymous mobile identifiers such as Google Advertising ID (GAID) on Android or Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on Apple iOS.
- Device & System Data: Device model, manufacturer, operating system version, system language, screen size, and network connection type.
- Approximate Location: Coarse geographic region (country or city level) inferred from IP addresses. Raw IP addresses are not stored or retained by iliksoft Inc.
- Ad Interaction Metrics: Information regarding whether an ad was shown, clicked, or viewed.

4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR / KVKK / Applicable Laws)
Where applicable data protection laws (such as the EU GDPR or Turkish Personal Data Protection Law / KVKK) require a legal basis for data processing, the following apply to the advertising integrations:
- Legitimate Interests: Serving contextual, non-personalized advertisements, monitoring app stability, and preventing fraudulent ad traffic.
- Consent: Serving personalized advertising where required by law. For players in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and other relevant regions, consent is managed through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent dialog.
5. Managing Your Privacy & Advertising Choices
You have full control over your advertising identifiers and preferences:
- In-Game Consent Settings: Where supported, you can update your consent choices at any time via the in-game settings menu.
- Android Devices: Open Settings > Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads) and tap "Reset advertising ID" or "Delete advertising ID".
- iOS Devices: Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle off permissions for individual apps or enable "Limit Ad Tracking".

Our Services are designed for general audiences of all age groups. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). Because iliksoft Inc. does not collect, receive, or store personal user accounts or identities on remote servers, we do not maintain databases of personal player records. 8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara, Turkey (Ankara Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory non-waivable consumer rights provided by your local jurisdiction.
